„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 27-ე მუხლის მე-2 პუნქტის თანახმად, თუ საგზაო-სატრანსპორტო შემთხვევის შედეგად არავინ დაშავებულა, მძღოლებს, არსებულ გარემოებათა შეფასებით, შეთანხმების საფუძველზე შეუძლიათ წინასწარ შეადგინონ შემთხვევის სქემა, მოაწერონ ხელი და მივიდნენ საპატრულო პოლიციის უახლოეს დანაყოფში ამ ფაქტის გასაფორმებლად.
