თუ საგზაო-სატრანსპორტო შემთხვევის შედეგად დაშავებულს აღენიშნება ტრაბმები თავის თმიან ადგილებზე, პირველადი სამედიცინო დახმარების აღმოჩენის მიზნით, მას უნდა კისერზე დაედოს იმპროვიზირებული ნახვევი, ჭრილობაზე სტერილური ბინტით დაედოს დამწოლი ნახვევი, დაშავებული დავაწვინოთ გვერდზე მუხლებში მოხრილი ფეხებით, თავზე მივადოთ ყინული ან ცივი საფენი.

Put improvised bandage on his/her neck, sterile cotton pad on wound and lay the injured in supine position

Put improvised bandage on his/her neck, pressing bandage on wound with sterile band, lay the injured in supine position with bent knees, put ice or cold spreading on head
