საქართველოს ადმინისტრაციული სამართალდარღვევათა კოდექსის 1271-ე მუხლის 11 ნაწილის თანახმად, სატრანსპორტო საშუალებით ბავშვთა გადაყვანის უსაფრთხოების წესების დარღვევა − გამოიწვევს დაჯარიმებას 40 ლარის ოდენობით.
