Explanation:

თუ საბაჟო ზედამხედველობის ქვეშ მყოფი საქონელი განადგურდა ან დაზიანდა, საქონლის მფლობელი ვალდებულია, დაუყოვნებლივ შეატყობინოს უახლოეს საბაჟო ორგანოს და წარუდგინოს მას საქონლის განადგურების ან დაზიანების უტყუარი მტკიცებულებები, რომლებიც დამოწმებულია შესაბამისი უფლებამოსილი სახელმწიფო ორგანოს მიერ. სხვა შემთხვევებში საქონელი ჩაითვლება საბაჟო ზედამხედველობიდან უკანონოდ გასულად.

In case of destruction or damage of the goods subjected to the customs supervision, the owner is obliged to:

Immediately inform the nearest tax authority and submit the true evidences of such destruction or damage, which should be approved by the appropriate state authority

Provide immediate removal of the destructed or damaged property from the customs territory of Georgia
