საქართველოს ადმინისტრაციულ სამართალდარღვევათა კოდექსის 116-ე მუხლის პირველი ნაწილის „ა“ და „ბ’ ქვეპუნქტების თანახმად, სატრანსპორტო საშუალების მართვა ალკოჰოლური სიმთვრალის მდგომარეობაში, ან სატრანსპორტო საშუალების მართვისას საქართველოს კანონმდებლობით დადგენილი წესით ალკოჰოლური სიმთვრალის დასადგენად შემოწმებისათვის თავის არიდება –გამოიწვევს: ა) სატრანსპორტო საშუალების მართვის უფლების 6 თვით შეჩერებას; ბ) 18 წლის ასაკს მიუღწეველი პირისთვის − სატრანსპორტო საშუალების მართვის უფლების 1 წლით შეჩერებას.

Imposing penalty to the vehicle driver in the amount of 200 GEL
