თუ ერთ-ერთი მგზავრი იქცევა აგრესიულად და აწუხებს სხვა მგზავრებს ავტობუსის მძღოლმა სიმშვიდისკენ უნდა მოუწოდოს აგრესიულად განწყობილ მგზავრს, და გააფრთხილოს რომ წინააღმდეგ შემთხვევაში გამოიძახებს პოლიციას. თუ მგზავრი არ დამშვიდდა და სიტუაცია ხდება საფრთხის შემცველი, მძღლმა უნდა დარეკოს პოლიციაში.
