საქართველოს სამოქალაქო კოდექსის 673-ე მუხლის მე-2 პუნქტის თანახმად, თუ გადასაზიდი ტვირთი ნაწილდება რამდენიმე ტრანსპორტზე, ან საქმე ეხება სხვადასხვა სახის ანდა ცალკეულ პარტიებად დაყოფილ ტვირთს, როგორც გამგზავნს, ასევე გადამზიდველს შეუძლიათ მოითხოვონ იმდენი ზედნადების შედგენა, რამდენი ტრანსპორტიც ან ტვირთის სახეობაა.
