საქართველოს სამოქალაქო კოდექსის 676-ე მუხლის პირველი პუნქტის „ა“ და „ბ“ ქვეპუნქტების თანახმად, გადამზიდველი ვალდებულია ტვირთის მიღებისას შეამოწმოს: - ა. ტვირთის ცალობრივი რაოდენობა, მათი ნიშნებისა და ნომრების შესახებ ზედნადებში აღნიშნულ მონაცემთა სისწორე; - ბ. ტვირთისა და მისი შეფუთვის გარეგნული მდგომარეობა.
