საქართველოს სამოქალაქო კოდექსის 677-ე მუხლის მე-2 პუნქტის თანახმად, თუ ზედნადებში არ არის აღნიშნული გადაზიდვის პირობები, საპირისპიროს დამტკიცებამდე ივარაუდება, რომ გადამზიდველის მიერ ტვირთის მიღებისას ტვირთი და მისი შეფუთვა გარეგნულად კარგ მდგომარეობაში იყო და რომ ტვირთის ცალობრივი რაოდენობა, მისი აღნიშვნები და ნომრები ემთხვევა ზედნადებში ჩაწერილ მონაცემებს.

If the shipment conditions are not specified in the consignment note, it shall be presumed until contrary is proved, that:

The cargo and its packaging was in appearantly good state and unit amount of the cargo, its marks and numbers matched with the data recorded on the consignment note upon its acceptance by the carrier

The carrier had not received the cargo
3
The carrier received neither consignment note nor cargo
