საქართველოს სამოქალაქო კოდექსის 692-ე მუხლის პირველი ნაწილის თანახმად, თუ გადამზიდველი ვალდებულია ტვირთის მთლიანად ან ნაწილობრივ დაკარგვისათვის აანაზღაუროს ზიანი, მაშინ ზიანის ანაზღაურება გამოითვლება ტვირთის გადაცემის ადგილსა და დროს მოქმედი ტვირთის ფასის მიხედვით.
