საქართველოს ადმინისტრაციული სამართალდარღვევათა კოდექსის 1181-ე მუხლის თანახმად, ავტოსატრანსპორტო საშუალებით მოძრაობისას მძღოლის ან მის გვერდით მჯდომი მგზავრის მიერ უსაფრთხოების ღვედის გამოუყენებლობა- გამოიწვევს ავტოსატრანსპორტო საშუალების მძღოლის დაჯარიმებას 40 ლარის ოდენობით.
