საქართველოს ადმინისტრაციული სამართალდარღვევათა კოდექსის 125-ე მუხლის მე-6³ ნაწილის თანახმად, სატრანსპორტო საშუალებაზე საცნობი ნიშნის დამაგრების წესის დარღვევით მოძრაობა - გამოიწვევს მძღოლის ან საწარმოს დაჯარიმებას 50 ლარის ოდენობით.
