საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის მე-20 მუხლის პირველი პუნქტის „ა“ და „გ“ ქვეპუნქტების თანახმად, საგზაო მოძრაობის მონაწილეს უფლება აქვს, საქართველოს კანონმდებლობით დადგენილი წესით: ა) თავისუფლად და შეუფერხებლად გადაადგილდეს გზაზე; გ) გაასაჩივროს საგზაო მოძრაობის უსაფრთხოების უზრუნველყოფის სფეროში უფლებამოსილი თანამდებობის პირის ქმედება.
