„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 39-ე მუხლის მე-4 პუნქტის თანახმად, რკინიგზის გადასასვლელზე მოძრაობის ამკრძალავი სიგნალის მიცემისას მარეგულირებელი დგას მძღოლის მიმართ მკერდით ან ზურგშექცევით, თავის ზემოთ აწეუ¬ლი კვერთხით, წითელი ფარნით ან ალმით ან განზე გაწეული ხელებით.
