„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 45-ე მუხლის მე-6 პუნქტის „ა“ ქვეპუნქტის თანახმად, აკრძალულია ბუქსირება ხისტი ან მოქნილი გადაბმით, იმ მექანიკური სატრანსპორტო საშუალებისა, რომლის საჭის მექანიზმი გაუმართავია.
