„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის პირველი დანართის მე-3 თავის (ამკრძალავი ნიშნები) 3.13 პუნქტის თანახმად საგზაო ნიშანი 3.13 „სიმაღლის შეზღუდვა” - კრძალავს იმ სატრანსპორტო საშუალებით მოძრაობას, რომლის გაბარიტული სიმაღლე (ტვირთიანად ან უტვირთოდ) აღემატება ნიშანზე აღნიშნულს.
