„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის მე-16 მუხლის მე-2 პუნქტის თანახმად, დაუშვებელია სატრანსპორტო საშუალების გარეცხვა ზღვაში, ტბაში, წყალსაცავში, მდინარეში, ზედაპირული წყლის სხვა ობიექტში და მათ ნაპირებთან წყლიდან 10 მეტრზე უფრო ახლო მანძილზე.
