„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 22-ე მუხლის მე-2 პუნქტის თანახმად, გზაზე მოძრავი პირუტყვის, აგრეთვე საჭაპანო ტრანსპორტის მართვა უნდა განხორციელდეს სავალი ნაწილის კიდესთან ყველაზე ახლო მანძილზე ან გვერდულაზე (თუ ეს არ აბრკოლებს ქვეითს) ერთრიგად, მოძრაობის მიმართულებით.
