„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 25-ე მუხლის მე-8 პუნქტის თანახმად, გზაზე გაჩერებული სატრანსპორტო საშუალების გასწვრივ მოძრაობისას მძღოლმა განსაკუთრებული სიფრთხილე უნდა გამოიჩინოს ჩართული გარე სანათი ხელსაწყოს ან ღია კარის მქონე სატრანსპორტო საშუალების მიმართ, რათა აუცილებლობის შემთხვევაში დროულად უზრუნველყოს გზაზე ქვეითთა და ბავშვების მოულოდნელი გამოჩენით წარმოშობილი საფრთხის თავიდან აცილება.
