„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 5-ე მუხლის მე-19 პუნქტის თანახმად, დაუტვირთავი მასა (დაუტვირთავი წონა) - ქარხანა-დამამზადებელის მიერ განსაზღვრული სატრანსპორტო საშუალების მასა მძღოლის, მგზავრებისა და ტვირთის გარეშე, მაგრამ საწვავის სრული მარაგისა და ხელსაწყოების აუცილებელი კომპლექტის ჩათვლით.

“Unloaded mass” means:

Mass of the vehicle defined by the blank production plant without driver, passengers and cargo, but with entire fuel supply and necessary tool set

Actual mass of the vehicle unloaded during the given period of time including driver and passengers

Mass of the vehicle defined by the registration service, without driver, passengers and cargo
