„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 5-ე მუხლის 23-ე პუნქტის თანახმად, ველოსიპედის ბილიკი (ველობილიკი) - ველოსიპედით მოძრაობისათვის განკუთვნილი, შესაბამისი საგზაო ნიშნით აღნიშნული გზა ან გზის ნაწილი, რომელიც კონსტრუქციულად გამოყოფილია სხვა გზისაგან ან გზის სხვა ელემენტებისაგან.
