„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 5-ე მუხლის 52-ე პუნქტის თანახმად, „ნებადართული მაქსიმალური მასა“ (დასაშვები წონა) - დატვირთული სატრანსპორტო საშუალების მაქსიმალური მასა, რომელიც დასაშვებად არის გამოცხადებული იმ სახელმწიფოს კომპეტენტური ორგანოს მიერ, რომელშიც დარეგისტრირებულია სატრანსპორტო საშუალება.

„Maximum allowable mass“ means:

Actual mass of the vehicle loaded during the given period of time including driver and passengers

Mass of the vehicle filled with cargo and passengers and equipped, which limit is defined by the blank production plant

Maximum mass of the loaded vehicle, announced as allowable by the compertent authpority of the state, in which the vehicle is registered
