„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 5-ე მუხლის 89-ე პუნქტის თანახმად, „შეზღუდული ხილვადობა“ - გარემოება, რომლის დროსაც მოკლე მოსახვევი, აღმართის დასასრული, გამწვანება, გზისპირა ნაგებობა ან გზაზე არსებული დაბრკოლება მოძრაობის მიმართულებით გზის ხილვადობას ისე ამცირებს, რომ აღნიშნულ გზის მონაკვეთზე ნებადართული მაქსიმალური სიჩქარით მოძრაობამ შეიძლება საფრთხე წარმოშვას.
