„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 5-ე მუხლის 73-ე პუნქტის თანახმად, „სატრანსპორტო საშუალება“ - გზაზე მოძრავი ან გზაზე მოძრაობისათვის განკუთვნილი მოწყობილობა, რომელიც ძრავას ან სხვა ძალის მეშვეობით გადაადგილდება.
