„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 49-ე მუხლის მე-16 პუნქტის თანახმად, საცნობი ნიშანი „ავტომატარებელი” უნდა ჩაირთოს ავტომატარებლის მოძრაობისას, ხოლო დღე-ღამის ბნელ დროს და არასაკმარისი ხილვადობის პირობებში – მისი გაჩერებისა და დგომის პერიოდშიც.
