„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 36-ე მუხლის მე-8 პუნქტის თანახმად, თუ მძღოლი ვერ განსაზღვრავს გზაზე საფრის არსებობას (სიბნელის, თოვლის, ტალახის გამო ან სხვა მიზეზით) და არც პრიორიტეტის ნიშნებია, ითვლება, რომ იგი მეორეხარისხოვან გზაზე იმყოფება.
