„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 49-ე მუხლის მე-7 პუნქტის თანახმად, დღის ნათელ დროს გზაზე მოძრავ ნებისმიერ მოტოციკლზე წინ ჩართული უნდა იყოს ახლო განათების ერთი ფარა მაინც, ხოლო უკან - წითელი მაშუქი.
