„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 50-ე მუხლის მე-3 პუნქტის თანახმად, ფარანი არ არის აუცილებელი იმ საჭაპანო ტრანსპორტისათვის, რომლის სიგანე 1 მეტრს არ აღემატება, მაგრამ ამ შემთხვევაში უკან, მარცხენა მხარეს, ან ცენტრში დაყენებული უნდა იყოს ერთი შუქამრეკლი მოწყობილობა.
